The Relationship Between SMEs' R&D And The Company Performance Based On SME Board

Our enterprises have realized that R&D is the foundation and key of enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness. But whether R&D play a positive or negative role in promoting enterprise performance growth is lack of scientific and empirical research findings support, so the author considers it necessary to conduct in-depth studies.Current research mainly selected R&D investment intensity data as the indicators. Their conclusions' credibility is relatively low because the data were inaccurate. Based on the R&D investment status of Chinese enterprises, the author researched R&D and technological innovation, R&D theory and the core competitiveness of enterprises, and other relevant theoretical literature review in the domestic and international .On the basis of empirical research methods, the author establish a research models to explain the relationship between SMEs' R&D and the company performance based SME board established in 2004 from growing and profitability aspects.By empirical study, we found that there is significant relationship...
