Since the beginning of the 1990s, Xinjiang international tourism developed rapidly, international tourism receipts of Xinjiang exceeded 100 million U.S. dollars for the first time in 2005, international tourism of Xinjiang developed into a new stage, with the success of Ddevelopment of the Western Rregion and China's WTO entry, the openness of the Xinjiang will be growing,there will be more and more chances for Xinjiang displaying itself in the world market,there will be a growing room for the development of international tourism of Xinjiang . International tourism has many functions, such as earning foreign exchange, improving employment and occupies a crucial position in the entire tourism industry.
