For my telecommunications enterprises, based in the intense competition, in addition to enhancing their own strengths, but more importantly how to attract and retain qualified personnel. Peter. Drucker once said: "there is only a real resource - person in enterprises " After with dividing up in the division between politics and enterprises, business stripping, north and south of China Telecom, the domestic telecommunication has formed a new competition pattern relying mainly on seven major telecommunications operator, the market competition of telecommunication is becoming fiercer. The essence of the competition between the operators will be a competition of all kinds of talents between enterprises , especially as the overseas-funded enterprise enters the market of domestic telecommunication stage by stage, the talents of many telecommunications enterprise flow into other telecommunication operators , the enterprise run by the local people or overseas-funded enterprises, or become their own businesses. In the face of such powerful momentum, keep key talents here, seize talent's first chance among the fierce market competition; it is the magic weapon that enterprises get the upper hand of. As to telecommunication enterprise of our country, should have a foothold in keen competition, besides strengthening enterprise's own capabilities, the more important thing is how to attract talents , retain staff.
