| In the face of complex domestic and international economic situation,unpredictable policy changes and increasingly competitive market environment,enterprises will be actively or forcibly transformed and upgraded in order to seek survival and development.During this period,if companies do not pay attention to the simultaneous upgrading of human resources management,resulting in a mismatch between the management model and the transformation and development goals,or fail to meet the needs of employees,it will lead to a brain drain phenomenon.As a comprehensive taxation service company,Company S put its main efforts into strategic restructuring and new product development in the process of transformation,paying little attention to human resource management issues.The company is facing the negative consequences of a massive brain drain,including loss of knowledge and skills,damage to corporate image,demoralization of the team,weakened innovation and increased operating costs.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad and the basic situation of Company S,this study uses literature research method,interview survey method,questionnaire survey method and other methods,combined with the company’s internal data review,to conduct an in-depth sorting and summary of the internal and external causes of the massive loss of talent in Company S,and to point out the necessity and urgency of solving the relevant problems.Then,in view of the main reasons for the brain drain,based on the basic principles of optimizing the human resources management system and improving employee satisfaction,from the two aspects of "internal motivation and external introduction",proposes seven countermeasures in line with the actual development of Company S,such as improving the importance and work level of human resources management,optimising the performance appraisal system,improving the remuneration and welfare system,strengthening talent training and reserves,building a dual career development path,creating a people-oriented corporate culture and strengthening the introduction of external talent.This study aims to help Company S face up to its own shortcomings,better cope with the current urgent need to address the problem of massive talent drain,on the basis of continuous stabilization of the talent team,stimulate internal motivation,and promote the training extension and software technology talent resources to give full play to their proper effect,helping the company to strengthen its competitive advantage in the market,successfully achieve transformation goals,and achieve sustainable and healthy long-term development.In addition,the process and results of this study can provide useful references and lessons for other enterprises in the same industry to prevent,analyse and solve similar problems,and help to enrich and supplement the response and solutions to talent loss in the process of transformation and development of enterprises. |
