The Study Of Value Evaluation For Network Enterprises

From the middle of 20th century, along with the appearance and development of computer network technology, human beings have come into information society gradually. More and more network enterprises come into being. Since specially entered in the 1990's,to make the greater development, network enterprises set about listing to finance, merging and recombining, seeking risk investment, etc. A series of economic activities come forth. How to assess the value of the network enterprise objectively and rightly has become the focus in the economic field. But as a new rising enterprise group, the network enterprise has many characteristics differing from the traditional enterprise. So that applying the traditional value evaluation methods directly for the network enterprise is inappropriately.
