These days, Chinese mobile communications industry develops very quickly. Especially in some main cities, the new subscribers tend to be in the condition of saturation. The competition is becoming more and more serious in the market of old subscribers. Along with the mature of the telecom market, developing and maintaining are two subjects of operators. Developing is becoming difficult. Maintaining and raising the value of subscribers are very necessary. Subscribers loss have become a important factor to restrict the benefit gain of operators. The position of maintaining subscribers is becoming more and more important.This thesis analyzes the reasons and rules of subscribers loss by using the theories of service marketing, telecom subscribers management. A subscriber's Whole-life cycle is divided by preventing, holding, remaining phases. We should take different measures of marketing, service, administration in different part of Whole-life cycle.By devising the whole working flow, bringing the work of maintaining the subscribers into effect, we can reach the last purpose of reducing the loss ratio of subscribers, reducing the marketing cost, upgrading the value, upgrading the benefit, boosting up the core competition of the corporation.
