The Study Human Resource Management Mode On The Xinhuayingjun Phase Ⅱ Project

Human resource management in construction projects is an important component of construction projects management. With an example project, it has analyzed the present manpower resource distribution of that enterprise, and put forward some questions and corresponding countermeasures.
