Human resource management in construction projects is an important component of construction projects management. On the basis of discussing the domestic and overseas research results on this subject, this thesis identifies and expresses the theory and practice of human resource management in construction projects using relevant theories, then expatiates on the purpose and significance of studying human resource management mode in construction projects. On this basis, this thesis deeply studies human resource management in construction projects. An empirical analysis is presented. The objective of this thesis is human resource management in construction project. By using the relevant theory of human resource management and the methods&theory of modern project management, and integrating the theory, mode methods and the quantities analysis, it makes a full, deep and systematic study on the human resource management mode in construction project.Paper based on the available human resource management theory at home and abroad, combined with the honors of real estate project Xinhuayingjun actual situation, from human resources organization structure, incentive and performance evaluation, and personnel recruiting and talents reserves, human resources overall dynamic configuration four aspects analyzes the real estate project of the present situation and the existing problems. The paper believes that the company should honors house to take the following measures, to complete the optimal allocation of human resources, specific include:to establish and perfect the scientific human resource management system, strengthening the organization, strengthen the communication between human resources construction project incentive mechanism, performance evaluation system of the concrete Suggestions on talent pools, strengthen, employee training, effective recruitment and selection system, engineering project human resources of dynamic adjustment, construction and efficient project management team.This thesis has carried on research and discussion on the HR distribution and management problems. With an example project, it has analyzed the present manpower resource distribution of that enterprise, and put forward some questions and corresponding countermeasures. It is worth to be a lesson to some similar enterprises.
