An Analyse On Development Tactis Of Automobile Financial Company

Since China promised to open the financial market steadfully after entering the WTO articles, many Motor Finance Corporation(MFC) at home and abroad are preparing to set up MFC when Committee on Banking Supervision of China enacted MFC management approach and the companies that were firstly authorized to set up by the committee are foreign companies and joint ventures, the MFC that are set up totally by Chinese automobile enterprises are now under preparation, and these MFCs are now undergoing a practical manipulation phase. This paper just focuses on some practical problems in the setup of the MFC .hoping it can do some contributions to the development of it.By some researches both theoretically and pratically on the basis of market investigation as well as information analysis and combing the present situations and development of the MFC s in China, the paper is to probe into and analyses how Chinese MFCs learn from foreign mature MFC manipulating experiences and make innovations as well as how all the MFCs start their business in China.The paper mainly focuses on the following three issues on the basis of making conclusions and summary: Firstly, the discussion on the relation between the MFCs with the banks and fanancial models; second, the regulatory risks of the MFCs; Third, the issues of business development.
