With the coming of knowledge economy, human resource(HR) is becoming the firs-hand resource, and the government, investors, enterprise administrators and employees all need to learn about the relevant information. How to measure HR is becoming the first problem to solve. Based on HR measurement methods, and by combining with hotel HR measurement features, this dissertation poses to improve the measurement of HR and make it more perfect.The subject of this paper based on HR measuring problems, and it totally includes 6 parts:The first part is the preface, which mainly includes research background and the foundation to select the subject. As HR is the first hand resource in information era, and especially for HR-based hotel industry, it has substantial effects on HR management and development, which have correlated relations with HR accounting. In the meantime, it briefly introduces the research status of HR accounting home and abroad. The second part is mainly about the theory basis and relevant theory reference, including human resource and human capital, human resource measurement, relevant accounting theories, human capital theory, and current HR accounting measurement model. This part also makes evaluation of the measuring methods. By using statistics data and based on a specific hotel. The third part analyzes the HR status of domestic hotel industry, together with problems that exist. Also, it elaborates the HR measuring status in hotel industry and its existing problems. In the fourth part, the paper firstly states the necessity of HR measurements in hotel, and then it puts forward the standards for hotel HR measurement model selection. After that it further makes improvements on current HR measurement model and makes it more perfect, given consideration to the specialties of hotel HR measurements. In the fifth part, the paper summarizes the aspects regarding hotel HR measurements, and it gives some suggestions on how to reinforce and improve hotel HR measurements.The sixth part is the conclusion.By analyzing and evaluating HR measurement model, and by considering HR status and measurement specialties in the hotel industry, the paper modified and improved hotel HR measurement model, and poses suggestions for future development.
