Study on the cooperation in the coalition on the threshold of megalopolisWith the accelerating urbanization process, becoming a megalopolis has become an important development strategy in many parts in our country. Thus, there are many "city groups", known as megalopolis, which is a fashionable phrase. Many people are showing great concerns about the megalopolis. Many scholars have already taken many researches and made a great progress in this field. In this essay, the author seeks to make some preliminary studies on the cooperative manners among city governments within the framework of megalopolis. The author starts from the following three main questions: what factors influence or determine city intergovernmental cooperation; what manners have been existing in urban intergovernmental cooperation; what kind of influence is to the city government because of this existence and development of these cooperative forms. According to the views of Marxist materialism, "What kind of world view is what methodology, what kind of solution to the problem will be what kind of results." Of course, what kind of coalition philosophy, the government will adopt what kind of cooperative manner. As a result, government will be moving in the direction of their own corresponding adjustment and reform. Based on this view, the author introduces some basic concepts and theories in Chapter I; and in chapter II, coalition philosophy was introduced systematically about the world outlook of coalition and subjective consciousness of coalition cooperation was also explained. On the basis of the first two chapters, existed cooperative manners of coalition in our country, which is determined by the world outlook of "coalition government", is studied. And then, innovative means of cooperation among members of the city governments is come up with. In the last chapter, the effect of the existence and development of "coalition government" on the reform is roughly proposed.
