Study On Investment And Financing In Green Technology Of Enterprises

In order to better implement the Scientific Development Concept, and to achieve better and rapider development of society and economy, The Sixth Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central Committee has listed resource conservation as a fundamental national policy, and brought up energetic development of recycling economy, facilitating the transformation of economic growth mode, to construct a resource-conservation and environment-friendly society. Reduction of consumption of energy, as well as the growth rate of GDP was listed as one of the objectives to be achieved in the new period by the 11^th Five-year Plan for the first time. To achieve this goal, a resource-conservation society is to be constructed. An enterprise, as a cell in the economic society, should invest in green technologies. To develop green technologies needs the backup of funds. Investment and financing in green technologies has become a key issue in promoting the green adjustment of technology structure and to achieve sustainable development. As this is a new subject, rare are documents on its systematic and deep researches, which was the reason for the selection of this subject to be studies.With the investment and financing in green technologies of enterprises as the subject, various analytical methods such as empirical analysis, theoretical analysis, quantitative economic analysis theory and comparative analysis were used to systematically study the related issues in the investment and financing in green technologies of enterprises in China. There are six chapters in this paper. Chapter One, introduction, outlines the research background and the update of researches documented, and the main issues to be addressed in the paper, as well as its new points; in Chapter Two, the characteristics of green technologies are analyzed, and their influence on the investment and financing in green technologies; in Chapter Three, the current status of he investment and financing in green technologies in China is analyzed by reviewing the total investment amount, investment in technologies and the finance channels for green technologies. It is also pointed out in this chapter that the main problems existing in the he investment and financing in green technologies of enterprises are: the insufficient investment and the inefficiency of the governmental functions; Chapters Four and Five give the analysis on these two main problems and their solutions; Chapter Six is the overview of the paper, meanwhile, the shortcomings and the issues that need to be further studied are explained in this chapter.
