| Cross-enterprise organization is also called virtual-enterprise organization. It is a new organization form for enterprise which is made up of agile enterprises with respective specialty. The objective is to take over, develop and operate the chanlenging product. The main productive operating manner of cross-enterprise organization is cross-enterprise project.In the running process of cross-enterprise project, there exist many kinds of constraints, which restrict the progress of the project. Resource constraint is usually the main restricted factor of the operation of cross-enterprise project. Utilizing the resources properly is the most critical factor for a cross-enterprise project to succeed. Project schedule is the most efficient method to arrage the resources and makes them stand in the right way.Firstly, this dissertation presents the process model of cross-enterprise project scheduling, analyzes the cross-enterprise project scheduling process and proposes a distributed project scheduling model and a manufacturing oriented scheduling structure. Based on the theories above a model for resource-constrained cross-enterprise project scheduling is presented. In order to describe cross-enterprise project scheduling and the related algorithms, the resource organization model, WBS organizing mode and resource distribution mode for cross-enterprise project are proposed.Secondly, based on the related descriptions about process model of cross-enterprise project scheduling, some related algorithms are introduced to sovle the problems existed in the model, including the algorithm involved in the building of cross-enterprise project scheduling, the algorithm about detection and elimination of resource conflicts and the optimization method for cross-enterprise project scheduling based on shared resources.
