High-Tech Venture Projict Management Research In Venture Investment Enterprise

After 25 years' reform and opening-up, Chinese national economy has been developed very quickly, yearly average GDP increased by the speed of 9%, but our country's high economic growth was based on low economic base, and was achieved by high investment, technology didn't play an important role on economic development. In many places economy was developed at the cost of environment, this way of economic growth restrict steady development on economy. Since we entered into 21 century, high-tech industry based on knowledge economy has been developed fast in developed country, venture investment speed up the development of high-tech industry. If we can't catch up with the developed country in the field of high-tech industry, we would fall far behind them. In order to develop high-tech industry, we have to not only ask for support from national polices, but also pay much attention to venture project itself. This thesis aim to study how to manage venture investment effectively on the basis of knowledge of project management.This thesis start form the basic knowledge of venture project, introduce essential factors , development history and significance to our economic development of venture investment, also explain the effect of project management in the venture investment.
