Along with the deepening of Chinese reform and the continuous improvement of the market economy, the real estate market competition has taken shape. The real estate development enterprises have taken more emphasis on the projects positioning. Product Positioning is the core component of the project positioning in the real estate. The product positioning accuracy become the key to the development of the entire project. But, in the face of customer demand for diversification, market competition, market risks increase, and many other factors, the real estate development projects in the positioning are also stay at "racking their brains", "By experience" of marketing decision-making stage in our country. Market judgement errors are common At the same time, with the extensive application of information technology, real estate enterprises marketers will recieve about market, customers and competitors flood of information, so how to analysis the data the fastly and scientificly has become very importane issues requiring urgent solution.The attempt to concept and design a decision-making support system about real estate product development positioning, based on the marketing positioning theory and combining the characteristics of the real estate products, using quantitative techniques and computer modelling techniques to create a supporting the decision-making system about marketing position. The system consists of four basic modules, including data-input module, data analysis module, result-output module and other functional module.
