What Effort The New Tax Rebate Policy Will Make On Our Country's Industry Economy And How To Deal With This Situation

Since China carried out the tax rebate policy, this policy has exerted important function in extending foreign trade, guaranteeing the international balanced budget, increasing the employment , enhancing the international competition ability of the product, increasing the national foreign exchange stores, pushing foreign trade policy system reform and promoting the national economy development in healthy and fast way.Along with development of our country' s socialism market economy, original tax rebate policy' s shortage becomes obvious, such as playing a disadvantage effort in the reform of our foreign trade policy system, and enterprises can't get the rebate tax in time, etc.Under such background, in order to promoting the development of socialism market economy, State Department decided to reform the current tax rebate policy by making use of the reformed mechanism in 2003, and carries out the new tax rebate mechanism on January 1,2004.Facing new exporting situation, this paper focused on studying " what effort the new tax rebate policy will make on our country' s industry economy " and " how to deal with this situation" based on which the proposal is provided.
