Study Of Cross-National Business Pattern Of Manufacturing SMEs In China

Globalization is the main trend of economic development of today's world which every enterprise in each country couldn't avoid; in these years, with the fast economic growing of our country and the enterprises, more and more companies begin their cross-national business; according to this trend, our government has made the "going out" strategy to encourage our enterprises to do so. Not only the big companies but so many small ones have taken part in cross-national businesses. Small companies whether or not to run cross-national business has been greatly debated in the theory area of our country, but neither of the visions has been proved by reality. So my thesis has made this question as the cut-in point and the manufacturing SME as the research object.At the first, the thesis starts with the definition of SME and Cross-national Business, brings the definition "if the business curatively cross the national boundaries, which can be called cross-national business activities". Then, it introduces the research status of SME cross-national business, appraises relative theories, combine the foreign government's experiences to give advises to our government. After the theoretic preparation, this thesis analysis the manufacturing SME cross-national business activities of our country from outside condition (economic/politics & law/ society & culture/natural circumstance) and enterprise's inside capabilities (R&D/ stocking/ manufacturing/marketing) combine authoritative data. After then, the thesis advances several questions step by step and fixes them out.The first question is "whether could SME start their cross-national business".
