The Study On International Factoring Of Chinese Commercial Banks

International Factoring is one of the most important international settlements. It will soon be open to the world according to the bilateral negotiation of WTO for China. International Factoring is one of the comprehensive financial services, which contain services of trade finance, business credit investigation, management of receivables and credit risks guarantee. It has been widely used in more and more countries and areas during the recent 20 years and the service will expand in the future. However, this service is now at its early stage of development in China. Until now, we don't have the corporation who concentrates on this service. There's only a few commercial banks who have this service, and it is not mature but of many problems. In order to survive in the severe competition when joining in WTO, we should make great efforts to develop international factoring. First, we should encourage commercial banks to improve this service.This thesis consists of five parts. It begins with the concept of international factoring and the development situation of the world and China. It states the defects and difficulties we have met.
