This is a positive research thesis. In order to provide theoretic and positive support to the correct orientation of company' s marketing strategy for the next phase, bases on marketing strategy theories on environment analysis, strategy selection, plan supporting and other series of academic foundation, this thesis makes a positive research on the marketing strategy of ND Corporate, a corporate in furious market reform of communication industry.This thesis starts with the main environmental elements which exert influence on the orientation of marketing strategy of ND Corporate, uses PEST analytical method, PORTER analytical method and SWOT analytical method to try out the various environment elements that ND Corporate faces. On the basis of such analyses, this thesis clearly points out that the marketing strategy of ND Corporate should include three main aspects. They are orientation, selection and controlling of marketing strategy. The paragraph of orientation explores from company mission and strategy to analysis. The paragraph of selection greatly emphasizes on three key aspects of selection as the spread type of marketing strategy, differentiate competition strategy and established strategic partnership on the basis of value chain. The paragraph of controlling mainly demonstrates from organization guarantee, regulation guarantee and dynamic adjustment of strategy.
