The rapid development of tour industry spurs the development and competes of hotel industry. The room rent makes the most important part of hotel income, so the price of room rent play a great influence on the hotel income and profit. The paper proves that the prospective pricing method is practical and efficient in hotel pricing. The prospective pricing method bases on the market-oriented decision mechanism and customer value feeling, and combines the purpose pricing, the cost pricing, the compete pricing and the requirement pricing. The paper analyses the effect of some key factors, the importance of pricing management in hotel pricing. By the comparison of prospective pricing method and other pricing method, the paper finally gets the conclusion about the superiority of the prospective pricing method. The paper sets up the hotel prospective pricing method and hotel prospective adjusting pricing model by the integration of theory and practice. By the application of hotel prospective pricing in A hotel, there are some pricing shortages on subdivision market. After the price adjust with the hotel prospective pricing model, the operation of A hotel gets better now. It should draw a conclusion that prospective pricing model is effective method in hotel pricing.
