We had spent much time to research the conditions of the business location, the needs of customers and the competitive condition of the business estate maket of Chongqing city for making the marketing solution. In the solution we belived the best postion of the project is relaxation industries such as drinking, shopping etc. For finding the best mix of industries, we had used some new analysis tools such as the Matrix for Filtering Industries and the Matrix for Optimizating the mix of industries. By the help of the tools, we believe the best industries mix of the project is 'nine streets and one area' . We also believed the target customers of project should include 'nine segements'. In accordance with the result of research, we had also made the marketing and competitive stratagems named '579' for directing the processes of designing and marketing.Based on the results of the in_depth analysis, we also believed the best name of the project is 'Hongya Xucheng' and the core marketing concept is that the Hongya Xucheng is the relaxative area of the CBD of Jiefangbei.It is pleasure that the client has accepted and done the solution and got more economic and social returns.
