"Psychological contract" was introduced to the fields of management psychology, and organizational behavior in the early 1960's. Recently, it has become one focus point of researches, but most of which are theoretical, empirical researches are relatively rare. The study mainly targets the enterprises'employees in Guizhou Province. The aim is to understand the conditions of the organizational justice and the overall psychological contract of the staff's in Guizhou enterprises, especially to explore the effects of the organizational justice. According to the statistics of questionnaires of 235 employees' in these enterprises, the findings are:1.Generally speaking, the staff's psychological contract in the enterprises in Guizhou is violent, but not very serious, the degree of salary psychological contract violence is obviously higher than the position. Moreover, the staff's cognition of fair organization is not remarkable. The salary assignment fair dimension is slightly lower than the ordinary level. The level of the staff's self-respect is somewhat low.2.Staff's salary psychological contract development is "climbing" along with the job seniority growth, namely the violent degree gradually deepens; But the position psychology contract development presents "hill" along with the job seniority increasing, namely the violent degree deepens first reduces, then reduces.
