This study has the following three purposes:(1) the overall situation of the young employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in the psychological contract, job satisfaction and organizational justice;(2) the relationship of the young employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in the psychological contract, job satisfaction and organizational justice;(3) improve the young employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in the psychological contract, job satisfaction and organizational justiceThe method of this research:literature analysis, interviews and questionnairesThis study include:(1) construct the questionnaire for staff satisfaction of the small and medium-sized enterprises youth;(2) the relation of psychological contract, job satisfaction and organizational justice in the young employees of small and medium-sized enterprisesConclusions:(1) job satisfaction about young employees of small and medium-sized private enterprises has three sub-dimensions (the work of internal satisfaction, satisfaction of the working standard of the work of external satisfaction);(2) Psychological contract and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational justice, psychological contract and organizational justice about young employees of small and medium-sized private enterprises all present significant positive correlation;(3) Organizational justice have positively predict on job satisfaction, so as psychological contract and job satisfaction, organizational justice and psychological contract;(4) Part of the intermediary role of the psychological contract in organizational justice on the job satisfaction. |
