With the implementation of China's market economy and the economic reform's continuous deepening , There are a number of communities economically developed villages in China's rural areas, For example Huaxi Village, Nanjie vilage etc. They are attracting the word people's eyes with their unique development model, powerful collective wealth and higher than an ordinary village wealthier. According to statistics, visitors annually to Huaxi Village are about 100 million, Nanjiecun's tourists are also to the 50 million. This paper attempts to research star village's unique tourism by summing up these star village's common features and combining rural tourism's relevant content.This paper consists six parts:Part one is foreword. It includes literature review, research background, significance, approach and technical routs.The second part is rural tourism's basic theoretical part. It briefly introduces rural tourism's basic contents.In the third part, the paper mainly introduces star village's overview. Including star village's concept, meaning, formation , classification and it's common characteristics。Finally introduces star village tourism formation and it's resources' composition, features and value functions.The forth part focuses on the evaluation of tourism resources for star village. There are two methods of evaluation: qualitative assessment and quantitative evaluation.The fifth part is case studies. the case is Nanjie village of Henan. Through researching and analysising the tourism resources of Nanjie village, this paper puts forward some relevant recommendations for Nanjie village's future development.The last part is the epilogue. It has a summary of this paper.
