The development and demands of tourist diversifying when was the time for the special tourism and tourism resources to wipe the slate clean. The paper reviewed relevant researches on the theory and evaluation of tourism resources, the development of tourism, which aimed at the evaluation and development of tourism resources from the geographical development. Combined with the meaning of tourism resources and geographical development, the paper creatively put forward the concept of "Tourism Resources of Geographic Process" with its classification system. Then the paper established the principle and steps of the tourist resources evolution which was built by process value, experience value and development condition. Supporting by the analytic hierarchy process, the paper confirmed the weight of index, and put forward the standard of assign and grading. According to the evaluation and classification, the paper explored the development mode from space, time and expression with the principle and design consideration. At the last, with the example of Ruoyang Village in Jinhua City, it conducted the empirical research of evaluation index system and classification standard about geographic process of tourism resources, combining with the national standard to the tourism resources classification, investigation and evaluation (GB/T 18972-2003), to make comprehensive conclusion of evaluation of tourism resources in this place, to demonstrating and to guide the geographic process of tourism product development in the concrete practice.The basic idea and the conclusion of this paper are following:(1)The meaning of "tourism resources of geographic process " had a strict temporal link of geography have evolved naturally occurring or historical heritage can be composed of development and utilization of the tourist attraction in a specific Tourism resources of geographic process were not created tourism resources. But it was a geographical space and time evolution process, or can more fully reflect a geographical process evolution law resources monomer based on the geographic process mechanism and law of cognition. What’s more, it can be the development and utilization of tourist resources by putting the resources together.(2)By building tourism resources of geographic process, it abandon the traditional pure "landscape culture" tourism resource view, in accordance with the knowledge economy and experience economy background for the development of new tourism resources. More over it can meet visitors growing demand about science and education experience, tourism resources and potential value of maximum play. What’ s more,it is conducive to the sustainable development of tourism.(3)The evaluation of tourism resources base on geographic process is further study of the special tourism resources evaluation. It puts forward complementary principle, orientation principle and scientific principle of the evaluation base on analyzing of the existing tourism resources evaluation. At last, it puts together process of resources value, experience value of resources and development condition of resources in the evaluation criterion layer, what’s more, determine 14 evaluation index layer.(4)Geographic process of tourism product development is a new path of tourist product innovation. In this paper, it introduces the experience economy, cultural capital; education target classification and relevant theory, during the process of tourism product development based on geographic market as the guidance, around the "three-dimensional" (form, time and space, idea) target and highlight the design concept of "four dimensions" (entertainment, education, thinking and aesthetic) experience. What’s more, from the perspective of experience and knowledge, it puts forward the theme, scene and image is the process of geographical tourism product design elements, including geographic process proposition scene elements is the core of the geographic process of tourism products. For geographic process was built on the basis of the tourism resources development pattern of space and time and space organization mode and expression patterns. Geographical tourism products are divided into local education products, popular science products and education practice products.(5)Geographic process of tourism development is the new direction for the case of tourism development. Taking Ruoyang Village in Jinhua City as a case, evaluation of 14 geographic process of tourism resources by tourism resources evaluation system of geographical process. Then it puts 14 geographic process of tourism resources into four group. By combining the resources of the master planning cohesion and market-oriented strategy, this paper puts geographical tourism product development ideas for Ruoyang River and Longtan River, avoiding competition of tourism, promote the case area tourism depth development, and meet the demand of the tourism market.Due to the limited ability academic of author, this paper only process the concept of tourism resources of geographic process, resources evaluation system, making preliminary analysis of product development。But there are still some deficiencies need to study further in the future.
