A number of studies in this area have show that the career self-efficacy is one of the important forecastable guidelines for job satisfaction. There is fewer that study the career self-efficacy of enterprise technician in China. This study based on overviews of former researches , open-ended questionnaire and expert interview, we puts forward our theoretical hypothesis about the structure model of the career self-efficacy of enterprise technician. Based on the model formed the preliminary questionnaire. Through the explorative factor analysis we formed the formal questionnaire and test it's reliability and validity. After investigated 321 enterprise technicians by formal questionnaire, the results of this study follow as:(1)The career self-efficacy of enterprise technician was composed of five factors:career task's target self-efficacy; career identify and development self-efficacy;career task stress self-efficacy; career ability self-efficacy and career intercourseself-efficacy.(2) the formal questionnaire has good has good reliability and validity.(3) The average score of five factors from the highest to lowest are: career ability > career task stress > career task's target > career intercourse > career identify and development.(4)the career self-efficacy of enterprise's technician develop with the age, at the stage of 35-40 reach the top, then declined.(5) There is a gender difference in career self-efficacy and all dimensions except the career intercourse.
