Study On The Socio-economic Driving Ingredients Of The Land-use Change

The land-use change means that mainly by human-being's direct and indirect activity on lands, one rigion's land-structure and land-characteristics will be changed .Now it is one of the important content and main hotspot in the global change research, in the same time,the socio-economic driving is the main causition which inducing the land-use change. So taking research on the socio-economic driving ingredients of land-use change is firstly helped to open out the mechanism of land-use change,and then simunilate and forcast the future of the land-use. Now,China is in the phase of entensive use of resources,including the land ,so study on the land-use change from the socio-economi aspect is good for realizing the rapic increase of economic and safeguarding the continuable using of land resources. The main study contents and corresponding results were as follows:(1) By studying on the land-use change and socio-economic ingredients from the academic aspect,we put forwards the land classification and the socio-economic index system for the reserach of land-use change's driving ingredients.(2) Based on expatiate the socio-economic actuality of guiyang and dalian city,we analyse the dynamic changes of land-use. The result indicates that: first,their land-sturcure is similar ,but built-up land scale of guiyang city is smaller than dalian; second, whether from the changing extent , changing rate and the using degress,dalian's land-use change is faster than guiyang ciy;third, the two city's spacial layout of every land class is mainly relative to therir spacial layout of socio-economic developing and land structure.(3) Using the main component analysis ,the thesis purifies the socio-economic indexes.The resulte indicates that guiyang and dalian city's socio-economic ingredients include the population scale, population structure , economic development, traffic level, people's living level and some of the technic factors,but the two city also have some differentiations from the subsected indexes.(4) Based on picking up the socio-economic ingredients,the thesis makes relative analysis on the change of infields, residential and industrial land.The result indicates that the land-use change's influencing factors of guiyang and dalian city mainly include the population and economy.but the difference is that the techninc factor also is one of the influencing factors of guiyang's land-use change.(5) The thesis sets up the infields, residential and industrial land's driving model of guiyang and dalian city separately by using the regression method.(6) Finally ,the thesis puts forward some policy advises from the aspects of population, economy, industry structure, people's living level , agricultural technic, land exploitation and reajustment, and so on.
