As the rapid development of modern science and technology, the trend of union become more and more stronger, every country faces the rare chance and challenge. As a modern organization way and management technology, the logistics is largely regarded as the important economic source by enterprise besides decreasing material usage and providing labor productivity. The city of Hohhot Baotou and Erdos stand in the middle of Inner Mongolia ,there exist additional and professional to certain extent in industry location and labor division. In this thesis, discussing the aims means and ways of logistics research based on the logistics development circumstance and practical usage, to make these region to be the center city in Inner Mongolia so to lead other region realize the prosperous and development.Through investigating the industry development circumstance transportation force infrastructure and information development to analysis the logistics circumstance in the city of Hohhot Baotou and Erdos from different point especially those factors, which affect the cargo transportation . Using the SAS software to confirm the main factors that affect the vehicle transportation force and forecasting the transportation force in the year of 2005,2010 and 2015 in these region with the liner regression ways of Eviews. Pointing the advantage and shortage of logistics development in these regions. Finally, putting forward some suggestions in theory to develop logistics in these region, these suggestions include: the change of government function and the new enterprise organization's construction,the improvement of infrastructure construction level the logistics professional staff's training...
