Study On The New Product Development Flow Based On ETOM

With the increase of the types of telecom services and the requirement of service customization, the current sales and billing modes based on individual telecom service can no long satisfy the demand of crossed and packed sale, and billing flexibility. The telecom operators should carefully analyze the customer value, price endure ability, consumption conception, geography location, industrial characteristic and consumption behavior. Based on the analysis, they can know about the current and latent demand of every subdividual market, correctly grasp the opportunity and fix on the cut-in point of new product development. They can develop different telecom product aimed at the objective market to bear of their competitors.
