Research On Complex Product Development Process Modeling Based On Colored Petri Nets

Since twenty-first Century, we have entered a intelligent era. Application of intelligent makes products increasingly high demands on the technology, leading to complicated product structure and development process. The traditional development model has been difficult to meet the needs of this complex product development. In order to construct a complex product development model, it need not only description complexity in modern product development process, but also need simulate mobility about time, resources and other dynamic data, this paper puts forward a series of complex product development process model based on colored Petri nets.First of all, starting from the task dependencies, we analyze involved resources in the process of product development. Combined with the gain(loss) objective utility functions, this paper presents a improved multi-objective optimization decision method. The resources optimization scheduling are described in TQCS constraints. This method can achieve the dynamic management of resources in complex product design process, and realize the optimization of resource allocation.Secondly, analyzing the relationship with the complex task of product development resources, activities and sequence in time and space, we build a complex product development process task phase diagram based on task-oriented perspective. The task flow graph and workflow method are analyzed, we acquire the mapping relationship between the task flow graph and WF nets. Task-process modeling regarded as the core, the process model of complex product development based on time colored Petri nets.Finally, based on product development of automobile, we use CPN Tools to modeling and Simulation of complex product development process. Research results showed that: complex product development process model of TCPN based on the task-oriented, not only can clearly describe the complex product development process of business process, but also can analysis of the model according to the performance. The model will provide decision support on improvement and optimization of complex product development process.
