Since 1998, with further national reforming of telecommunication system and increasingly fierce market competition of telecommunication operation enterprises, for CNC as well as other telecommunication operators, the sector's homogeneous and heterogeneous competition had brought severe challenge to the enterprise market competitive strategy after several years of operation.Out of the continuity of telecommunication reforming system and locality of fixed network operator, CNC Jining Company, as the major local operator in telecommunication market, is confronted with unprecedented market competitive pressure in a new market environment.
