On The Research Of Labourer's Economical Right With The Property Institutional Changes Of State-owned Economy Of Our Country

Content: In the course of setting up and amplifying socialist market economy system in our country, how to realize the effective combination of socialist public ownership and market economy, choose any institutions of property as the organized micro foundation of two, having become the question of theory and practice that the reform of our country must be answered. The reform of institutions of property becomes the key problem that the economic system reform of our country can't be avoided because the reform of institutions of property is the reform of the deepest level in an economic system. It changes people's status in the economic relation directly, so the changes of property institutions of our country are influencing people's interests relation deeply. This thesis uses the ownership theory of Marxism and modern property theory in terms of labourer , analyze the thought, the path of change, the property rights characteristics of different stages and the consenquential impact on labourer's economical right of the property institutional reform of state-owned economy of our country. This thesis is divided into five parts: Foreword , review the course of the publicly-owned property institutional changes of our country; Chapter one, sum up main contents of the theory Marxism ownership and the modern property theory and regard them as tools of analyzing labourer's economical right, and has done the corresponding discussion about the interreaction between the ownership theory of Marxism and the modern property theory ; Chapter two, use the ownership theory of Marxism and the modern property theory to analyze the path of the property institutional changes of state-owned economy of our country, the property rights characteristics of different stages and economical right which the labourer owns. And think that the institutional changes of property have ignored the labourer's economical right as producing materials owner in the views of labourer ; Chapter three, has mainly introduced several influential theory views about our country's state-owned economy property institutional changes,and have analyzed their impact on labourer's economical right; Chapter four, analyzes the reason of the labourer's economical right which repels in the course of the stated-owned economy property institutional reform, and then proposed, in the our country socialism initial stage, constructs the multi-level labourer's property institutions to guarantee labourer's economical right.
