Content: With the thinking of western enterprise democratic management is a growing understanding, Employees become more and more involved in the management of enterprise management. Employee involvement refers to the employees involved in the formulation and implementation of management decisions, through interaction with management to participate in and influence the behavior of the management process. With china participate in the WTO, the developed capitalist countries enterprises compete with Chinese enterprises, so it is very important to let employees involve in the management. Western developed countries has carried out a lot of researches both in the theory and practice of the employee involvement, but most of the domestic scholars done the work on the theory, empirical research was lacking. The study was based on a number of scholars' theories and perspectives, empirically analyzed if employee involvement will affect job burnout and organizational justice or not, and the detail of the different dimensions of employee involvement affect the different dimensions of job burnout and organizational justice, in order to provide some advice and guidance for the management of enterprises.The study used a questionnaire survey research methods. The study consists of two steps: (1) Translated and revised Guy Pare and Michel Tremblay's employee involvement questionnaire, a predictive questionnaire with 29 items was decided, and exploratory factor analysis with 207 valid questionnaires show that a formal employee involvement questionnaire including 25 items was decided, However, the original questionnaire structure of five dimensions received certification with Chinese enterprise samples. These five dimensions are information sharing, recognition, capacity development, fair compensation and empowerment. (2) The formal questionnaire survey conducted by 252 employees, CFA and other reliability analysis and validity analysis showed the questionnaire have better internal consistence and validity. Using hierarchical regression analyses approach to analyze employee involvement affect job burnout and organizational justice in control of the demographic variables and background variables, and found that employee involvement affect the different dimensions of job burnout and organizational justice, But the ability of the dimensions of employee involvement predict the dimensions of job burnout and organizational justice is different. Specifically, according to the impact importance extent, fair compensation, empowerment, information sharing and capacity development impact the emotional exhaustion evidently; capacity development, information sharing impact on the cynicism evidently; capacity development and fair compensation impact the decreased person accomplishment evidently; Fair compensation and empowerment has positive predict ability to procedure justice; Fair compensation and information sharing has positive predict ability to distributive justice. The study also analyzed demographic variables and organizational background variables impact on the employee involvement. Found staff qualifications, job, age, enterprise identity and enterprise-scale have an impact on employee involvement.
