Research On Financing Problems Of Chinese Mid-and Small-scale Enterprises

Mid- and small-scale enterprises have become one of the important mainstays of the national economy with gradual establishment of the socialist market economy system. However, sources of fund development of them did not match up to significance status in the national economy for a long-term period.Financing difficulty has embarrassed the national economy development for a long time. On the situation of financing difficulty, how to obtain required fund support for development under the existing financing mechanism and enhance the enterprises' core competitive ability is the sky step that many enterprises pay attention to and unceasingly endeavor. Among them, financing strategy decision-making is the key strategy for the development of mid- and small-scale enterprises.In this paper, firstly, present financing situation which our mid- and small-scale enterprises faced is described: financing channel is limited financing way is unitary , financing price is high, bank management level is restricted, and self-restraint ability of enterprises is limited . Of course, we should point out that the present financing environment of mid- and small-scale enterprises is being improved step by step. Secondly, with the point of view on the people who do the financing decision-making of mid- and small-scale enterprises, the paper discusses that under the present financing environment, the enterprises should strengthen their own elements to enhance exterior financing ability; and they should be good at mining and take fully advantage of endogenesis financing; and exploit new and suited financing channel.Finally it unifies the theoretical analysis and the demonstration analysis, and unifies the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis. According to the actual condition of Jining Gold Wisdom Science and Technology Limited Company, In term of the enterprise financing decision-making procedure, we analyzes enterprises' financing motive and the priority sequence in which each kind of enterprise chooses the financing way. The financing strategy for Jining Gold Wisdom Science and Technology Limited Company is established, and it is also briefly evaluated.
