In recent years, the financing problems of Small enterprises have always been the hot point of the theoretic and practical world. On the one hand, Small enterprises have infused powerful impetus into the increasing of economy in all countries, It is value highly to promote the small enterprises'development to all countries; on the other hand, being subjected to the oneself ability and the restrict of the resourceses, the capital has been the biggest choke point that disturbs small enterprises from developing. Therefore, how to solve or at least relax the financing difficulty of small enterprises is especially significant to promote rapid development of small enterprises, to perfect market economy and to construct a harmonious society.The main way of studying this problem is to combine normative analyses and field survey. To be followed, on the base of probeing theoretically into this problem from Asymmetrical information, client-market subdivision, theory of capital framework and so on, passing the financing investigation analysis of small enterprises in Hunan related so as to explains the financing status of small enterprises of our country, and also comparing among small enterprises abroad the financing status, pointing out the direct financing will be the main trend of small enterprises, but the existing financing channel is narrow, needing to build up many outlets margin system. Then the paper expounds the reasons why financing is difficult for small enterprises from interior and exterior analyses, pointing out to ease this problem of small enterprises, i.e., financing difficulty is a long, complex and systematic project, which calls for the government, all the enterprises, and banks to join together.During the research, this paper creatively integrated client-market subdivision theory to small enterprises and banks. As most of the banking institutions haven't taken small business groups as their target customers, it puts small enterprises in a stage of marginalization, thus bringing forward both vigorously developing small and medium-sized financial institutions and construction of a multi-level banking services system to meet the needs of different clients. Meanwhile, it points out that it is a symbiotic relationship between banks and enterprises. Banking institutions are required to be highly aware of the importance of small business loans, to grasp its objective law accurately. According to a professional, commercial and sustainable development pattern, with the innovation of products and mechanism, improve the financial service of small business; try to build a symbiotic relationship between small businesses and banks.
