As well as, GuiZhou province has officially instituted a delicate plan on opening strategy since 1994. In the past 10 years, GuiZhou province has strongly enhance it's economy and the development of society through the execution of open strategy, but It still has a long way to go.This thesis is focus on analyzing the national — international backgroud in the last 10 years for the basic motivation and the theory of the adoption of open strategy, and the economical statistics including GDP , Total Export and Import , Foreign Capital absorbed, Finance, IT Industry etc. Basis on the analysisWe relied that GuiZhou province was located in a inferior position—not playing a very important role in the economic stage in china, as well as , we are going to make some suggestions including enhancing the export, promotion of technical and science, exploring new outside market, achievement of IT, and so on.We are believing that this thesis could do some help to explore a new way to enhance the economy of GuiZhou province..
