Competitive strategic alliance is a special alliance, it is not only different from cartel which is also formed by rivals, has non-monopoly and good industry market exterior trait(it will not destroy the market efficiency).,but also different from norm alliance which is not formed by rivals, has marked interior inefficacy trait ( partners can betray each other more easily).This study tries to research the relationship between competitive strategic alliance, relational capital of this alliance, influence factor of this relational capital, and analyses the influence differences brings by the factor to different alliance.This study focuses on the influence factor of relation capital, on the basis of integrating Chinese and Foreign scholars'correlative study and summarizing some cases, this study designs a questionnaire including 24 concrete targets, and uses SPSS13.0,AMOS4.0 to analyse the data from this questionnaire Finally, we get a questionnaire including 21 concrete targets, and having fine effectiveness and faithfulness.Whit the help of this questionnaire, the study has done an empirical research including 124samples which got in the companies of Chongqing, it mainly solves 4 problems as follows:First, this study has proven the rationality of that, the alliance relational capital is formed by truth and commitment, and gets the evaluation targets system of the relational capital of alliance formed by 6 concrete targets. Then, using SEM, this study has proven that, improving the relational capital of competitive alliance is very useful to advance the alliance's cooperation condition, thus, enterprise which wants to form a competitive alliance need pay attention to develop truth and commitment with each other.Then, this study sorts the competitive strategic alliance to high competition-equity alliance, low competition-equity alliance, high competition-non equity alliance, low competition-non equity alliance, then proved the rationality of this method through statistical research.Finally, this study finds out 6 influencing factors of the relational capital of competitive strategic alliance, and used the SEM to analyse the influence differences brings by every factor to different alliance, and research the causation from alliance...
