A Study On The Cause And Suggested Solution Of The Slow Development Of China's Employer's Pension

Since the first formal employer's pension plan was established in America, the plan has been expanded rapidly throughout the world nowadays. Our government has encouraged to follow it among the enterprise since 1991.The plan emphasis more employee's responsibility than employer's one. Since it can deal with ageing crisis effective. But the plan covers limited account people till now in our country. So, With the ageing society coming, it is urgency to fast the plan.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part introduces employer's pension plan's style and present situation in western countries, especially in America The second part describes the employer's pension plan's development in our country. The third part is a detailed analysis of our employer's pension plan from several sections, it includes economic element, law element, cultural element and so on. The last part try to give some solutions to fast the plan in our county, we give our solution in theoretical aspect and practical aspect.
