Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions (CBM&As) is the product of the development of domestic M&As and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)。During the past hundred years,there has appeared five M&As flows。In the fifth flow, CBM&As became the main way how enterprises carried on its FDI。The enterprises in the developed countries have always played main role in the CBM&As,but those in the developing countries are increasing year by year along with the rapid development of its countries。As enterprises of the developing countries grow bigger and bigger,the importance and necessity demonstrates gradually。As one part of the developing countries,enterprises in China which have accumulated certain abilities to handle with cross-border operation also start their CBM&As on th push of inner needs and outer policies。According to informantions during this two years,the way how they choose to carry on businesses abroad mainly is CBM&As。However,there exits many problems in CBM&As of enterprises of our country due to the limit of inner and outer factors。As a result,advanced research and instruction are needed。Therefore, what needs to be resolved vitally at present is how to guide enterprises in our country to establish new strategy,optimize its qualities,prevent inner and outer risks in order to enhance self-value。On the background of CBM&As of China,this paper analyzes the motive,process and overall situation in the way of behavioral economics on the base of research sum-up of CBM&As motive theory and behavioral economics。In a word,this paper wants to give some theoretical and practical instructions which includes how to prevent decision-making mistakes and optimize CBM&As achievements to those Chinese enterprises who are participating or to participate in CBM&As。The article divides into five chapters。Chapter...
