Research On The Development Pattern Of Real Estate Investment Trusts In Our Country

Real estate investment trust (REITs) is one kind of investment patterns. By adopting the forms as investment companies, trust plans and investment funds, REITs raises the investor's capital through stocks or certificates, and then invest in specialized real estate or mortgage loan of real estate. Based on introducing REITs to China, exploring proper REITs products will play an important role in stabilizing the real estate market and perfecting the stock market.From the perspective of the legislation, structure and public listing, REITs can be separated into American pattern and Asian pattern. It is inappropriate to copy some foreign pattern completely because of the difference between the national conditions. China's actual situation should be considered in the process of developing REITs.At present China already has a basic condition to develop REITs. Therefore there are also many barriers in system, market and internal system etc. With methods as the comparative analysis and standard analysis, this article will design the pattern of developing REITs in China.
