Research On The Printing Industry Cluster In Zhejiang

At present, the printing industry cluster in Zhejiang province has maintained profound production scale predominance by forming a network of pre-printing, in-printing and after-printing for manufacture and management, and by developing a socialized collaborating production system of multiple printing methods and corollary carriers. In the new millennium, the General Administration of Press and Publication proposed to build China into an important base of world printing industry by 2010. The former industry advantage has been challenged, and competition and condition at home and abroad faced by Zhejiang printing industry cluster has therefore changed. With a focus on the supporting factors of competitiveness, this paper conducts a research on the competitive capacity of the printing industry cluster in Zhejiang province.Firstly, the related theoretical documents on industry cluster and its competitiveness are reviewed in the paper.
