A Study On Performance Measurement Model Of Manufacture Enterprise And System Implementation In ERP Environment

With further development of the commodity economy, the competition of manufacture enterprise has become more and more intense in the market. How to maximize the profit and to enhance the enterprise's competitiveness has become the focus for the enterprise. One of the methods is to implement ERP system in order to achieve those objectives. In addition, to preserve the human resources is also an important method to enhance the enterprise's competitiveness. Behind these two aspects, the enterprise faces the following tough problems - How to apply an objective and scientifical performance measurement to human resources? How to normalize the various aspects of business activity data to serve performance measurement?This thesis has thoroughly studied the manufacture enterprise's performance measurement model which emphasizes the dynamic process of the performance measurement, has introduced the concepts of responsibility object and responsibility transfer, and has analyzed the performance measurement process of various responsibility objects of the manufacture enterprise. In view of normalization of different data pools, the author has studied normalization processing method of the ERP different data pools, has established the normalization mapping rule using EBNF, and has given a data type transformation method based on two levels of mapping. This thesis has designed a normalization rules engine as well.Based on the above performance measurement model, this thesis has implemented the performance measurement system and has carried on the preliminary confirmation to the model. This system satisfies the manufacture enterprise's performance measurement well, supporting performance measurement of the enterprise various responsibility objects, including enterprise itself, department, post, staff and so on. It also supports many kinds of performance measurement method. It provides a flexible normalization processing method. At the same time, the system provides a method which gets the data from each ERP subsystem automatically according to the frequency of the user definition, thus it improves the enterprise's performance measurement...
