Investment decision-making is an important aspect of real estate development, which directly affect the level of risk and investment project development proceeds size. Along with the escalation of real competition, on the basis of qualitative research, developers and decision-makers need some more scientific, more accurate and more practical theories and methods urgently.Contraposing the characteristics of the real estate investment, the The paper uses grey system theory, decision analysis, and other related knowledge to establish real estate investment decisions integrated assessment models from the aspects of environmental assessment, investment risk assessment, a number of selected investment programs. The model uses the principles of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the traditional and modern methods of analysis, theoretical study and application to provide systematic and effective decision model and method for real estate investment decision makers.Firstly, the paper provides the practical sense of researching real estate investment decisions methods according to the status quo and existing problems of real estate industry. Secondly, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the traditional evaluation methods'existing disadvantage, the paper respectively establishes real estate investment environment grey relationship evaluation model, investment risk whiten clustering integrated assessment models, a number of investment scheme preferred grey target decision model and investment scheme preferred single target situation decision model in allusion to investment environment evaluation, risk evaluation and more real estate investment scheme preferred evaluation. The above-mentioned models'aim is to optimize the methods of real estate investment environment evaluation, risk evaluation and a number of re al estate investment scheme preferred decision. Moreover the paper respectively applies every model in cases for validating model practicability and validity.
