At present, real estate industry is in the stage of high-speed development. With the further regularization of real estate , the customers are becoming more and more mature and rational and they pose the higher quality to residence. The market's competition is changed from quality to brand. In the future, real estate's market is certain to develop into the competition between fewer top brands. Now , how to succeed in establishing the brand of real estate and determining the management direction of brand is becoming a very important and imperative matter facing to the professional business of real estate.Focusing on this particular immovable property, the paper, which is based on the relevant theories of establishing brand, is discussing the some strategies and manners of establishing brand of real estate and anglicizing some misunderstanding in building of brand in real estate by use of many different companies and different housing project as real material from the view of orientation, name, establishment of distinguishing system of brand, structure, propagation and management of brand. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the idea of planning as whole in establishing brand in real estate, which is running through the while project's development. We should take the project's brand and enterprise's brand into account while attaching importance to the name , orientation and propagation of project on the aim to make the property of enterprise's brand built up so as to gain the upper hand.
