Probe Into The Problem Of China Receiving International Industry Transfer From The Point Of View Of The Multinational Corporation Behaviors

From the last 1980s, developed countries carried on a big scale global industry structure reform and upgrading for the sake of receiving global economic competition advantage and that brought the rise of international industry transfer all over the world. On the other hand, the MNCs' economic strength and the advantage of collocating resources and opening market make MNC became the primary main body of international industry transfer, so international industry transfer must be affected by MNC behaviors. At the background of international industry transfer, China who is in the course of industrialization will face a lot of chances and challenges. Thus this paper's meaning is to discuss the status of our country receiving international industry transfer from the point of view of the MNCs' behaviors, and the target of the paper is to discuss China how to do in the course of industrialization as a international industry transfer receiving country.The paper mainly includes five parts. First, discuss the reason and motivation of MNC carrying through international industry transfer and the conditions of our country receiving it. Second, analyze and evaluate the characteristic of MNCs behaviors especially the technology transfer behaviors. Third, summarize and comment the international industry transfer effect which is resulted by MNCs investments, including technology transfer, technology spilling out, relevancy effect and so on. The result indicates that although the transfer level has improved, it's far away from the perfection. Forth, devise a stratagem and put forward some suggestions to how to receiving the international industry transfer in our country's course of industrialization, that are utilizing but not relying on international industry transfer, not only basing on the static state comparative advantage but also fostering competitive advantage to receive initiatively, advancing our country's own technology innovation ability, keeping and fostering the national industry independence.
