The human society has entered to take knowledge as the leading time,knowledge is gradually substituting for the traditional element of production-capital,workforce and land becomes the most main resources.As market competition intensifying,if organization wants to win and maintain the competitive advantage,they must make best use of knowledge,and unceasingly gain more new knowledge.In the organization,knowledge disperses in different individuals and teams,making knowledge function to the maximum limit,have to carry on knowledge transfer.Knowledge management particularly knowledge transfer in multinational corporation,not only affects survival of the big company or enterprise group,but also influences enterprise`s whole competitive advantage and future.The research on knowledge transfer of multinational corporation,has the important theory and practical significance on regarding the growth of enterprise group and multinational corporation.The knowledge shift can have the influence regarding the entire group operation.The multinational company takes one kind of complex configuration of organization,its internal knowledge shift has the unique characteristic and the mechanism,many kinds of factors will hinder or accelerate knowledge shift in the multinational company.This article through the method of literature induction,theoretical model deduction and case verification utilization,has conducted the system research of two aspects from the theory to the real diagnosis of the multinational company knowledge shift behavior.It provides the theory basis and the practice instruction for multinational company management and the knowledge shift.This article analyzes the enterprise knowledge structure,unifies the multinational company`s structure characteristic to propose the multinational company knowledge structure.Also it summarizes the divorced multinational company knowledge general process model as well as the multinational company knowledge development phase according to the existing knowledge shift model.This paper analyzes how the three factors: the intrinsic characteristics of knowledge,knowledge transfer subject(knowledge sender and recipient)and knowledge transfer situation influence the formation of multinational corporation relationships.Based on Knowledge Spiral Theory of Nonaka and Four-Phases Model of Szulanski,this paper comes up a general model of multinational knowledge transfer.This model inspects the factor has included each aspect factor of the knowledge shift achievements,from knowledge in recessiveness,complex,systematic,the knowledge shift wish,shift ability,the knowledge receiver motive,absorbency,the organization distance,the knowledge distance to weight the multinational company knowledge transfer efficiency.This empirical study conclusion has a certain guide for the multinational company to optimize its knowledge management in the process of internationalization.
