Along with the advancement of interest rate marketability reform, the influence and impact on four big state-owned commercial banks which act as our country finance system core are profoundly revealed day by day. This thesis turns it's research angle from "how to construct reform condition?" to "how can four big state-owned commercial banks survival and develop under the new environment of interest rate marketability ", trying hard to carry on some discussions about the behavior adjustment of the state-owned commercial bank. This thesis points out that under present management condition, the interest rate marketability has already and will certainly continue to propose stern challenges on state-owned commercial banks,such as exterior management environment, service income, price formulation, risk management and so on. This thesis uses the greatest length to provide a systematic countermeasure frame for the state-owned commercial bank, from the following five aspects as the property right reform and mechanism innovation, the service system and the developmental strategy adjustment, constructing price decision-making system, consummation of risk management and strengthening credit management. Through the theory citing, the mathematic model analysis, the international case comparison, the real diagnosis analysis, this thesis finally draw a conclusion that "Only when the state-owned commercial bank carried on the omni-directional reform and innovation, formulated the corresponding strategy, could they go out the difficult position and win a new development opportunity under the interest rate marketability background".
