Research On Credit Problems Of Enterprise

In the present economic circulation, enterprise credit lacking has become the important obstacle of founding and perfecting socialism market economy. With the internationalization of Chinese economy, enterprise credit has become more and more important. So, how to specify enterprise action, how to enhance enterprise credit, how to build Chinese enterprise credit system, are the key-point of building social credit system, are the basic foundation of our socialism market economy, are the important precondition of keeping sustaining economy development and building harmonious society.By reviewing the history and reality of Chinese enterprise credit construction, this dissertation analyzes the reality of Chinese enterprise construction, and put forward the project of how to solve enterprise credit systemically and roundly.This dissertation is divided into four sections. The first is introduction, the research background and significance is explained, the concept is expatiated, the researching actuality is summarized and the lack of research is discussed, so the research train of thoughts, contents, means, framework and innovation are pointed out. In the second section, by looking back the abnormally development of Chinese enterprise credit in the planned economy phase, it analyzes the three periods of Chinese enterprise credit in market economy, clarifies the concrete manifestation of Chinese enterprise credit. In the third section, based on grasping history and reality of Chinese enterprise credit, it discuses the root of enterprise credit crisis, analyzes the influence factor of how to build Chinese enterprise credit. In the fourth section, taking the development reality of Chinese economy and society at present as background, it puts forward the overall plan of how to build Chinese enterprise credit.
