Exploration Of The Chinese Rural Land Property Right System

At present, the reform of rural land system has become one of the important research topics of the Chinese rural tasks. The alignment of the system reform of the village land not only relate to the benefits of the farmer community, the stability of the economy and the society in the rural areas, but also relate to the sustain , stable and harmonious development of the economy in our country. This text first studies the rural land system of several developed countries ( region) comparatively, acquires some enlightenments for our country' rural land system reform , and analyzes several defects of the current system in detail, combining the investigation on the process of the system transition of the Chinese rural land system. Emphasizing the key problems in the rural areas and the seriousness of absence of the rural land rights, the article put forward that the target of the system reform is to build up the rural land property right system, and conceives some creation ideas about the frame of the property right system of the rural land.
