Study On Wages Sticky Of The Labor Market

Wages Sticky as the basic assumptions of modern macroeconomics research has been growing concern because it will affect our economy to the socialist market-oriented reform of the labor market mechanisms and economic and social stability, health and overall development.On the base of scientific commenting on New Keynesian of wages sticky, it is common that economists absorb theory of wages sticky perspective and advanced research methods in the employment, economic fluctuations, and effectiveness of the fiscal and monetary policy of Chinese macroeconomic problems.However, the study on why wages sticky exists in Chinese labor market, on what are features of wages sticky was relatively rare.In fact, it is based demand to have a breakthrough in the reform of the wages determination mechanisms by distinguish the labor market in domestic and overseas at different stages of development and exploring the reasons for the existence of wages sticky from Chinese actual conditions.This paper sets typical of imperfect labor market to analyze the reasons and characters of wages sticky occurred in different Industries and possession enterprises, and explore the influence of economy growth, labor productive rate and price index. Finally, this paper makes some conclusions of the reasons and characters of wages sticky in Chinese labor market.
