For example, reducing the new labor force, reducing work force participate, reducing work time, agile obtain employment. Also there are many measures to increasing labor demand quantity. For example, improving technocracy, developing private economy, increasing machine-driven industry, developing country economy, and increasing labor force export. A perfect labor market is necessary to connecting the labor supply and demand.
